Park and Ride in Warsaw: How the P+R Car Parks Work
The essentials: Warsaw's P+R car parks are free during operating hours if you show a qualifying ZTM ticket when leaving: a 1-day, 3-day, weekend, group weekend, 30-day or 90-day ticket, a senior ticket, a large-family child ticket, or a free-travel entitlement document. Ordinary single-ride tickets are not on the official list, so without one of these you pay a 150 zł exit fee (250 zł deferred), charged after 20 minutes.

Warsaw’s Parkuj i Jedź (Park and Ride, P+R) system lets drivers leave their car at a transport hub and continue by metro, tram, bus or urban rail. The car parks are managed by Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego (ZTM), and the official list is published by Warszawski Transport Publiczny.
Parking is free during the car park’s operating hours for drivers who, when leaving, present a valid ticket from the official list: a 1-day, 3-day, weekend or group weekend ticket, a 30-day or 90-day ticket, a senior ticket, a ticket for children from families with three or more children, or a document entitling them to free travel on Warsaw’s public transport. The ticket must be valid at the moment of exit. Ordinary single-ride tickets are not on the list, so a driver using one pays the exit fee.
In every other case the driver pays a one-off exit fee of 150 zł, or 250 zł with deferred payment. The fee starts accruing 20 minutes after entering the car park.
Beyond cars, ZTM manages an extended network of bicycle parkings near P+R lots, bus termini and metro stations, and the P+R page also lists Kiss and Ride (K+R) drop-off zones. Electric-vehicle charging is available at selected P+R lots: via the Elocity app at P+R Jeziorki PKP, Metro Młociny I and III and Żerań PKP, and via the Equay app at P+R Anin SKM, Al. Krakowska, Metro Marymont, Połczyńska, Metro Stokłosy, Ursus Niedźwiadek, Metro Ursynów, Wawer SKM and Metro Wilanowska.
The published list of P+R locations includes Metro Młociny, Al. Krakowska, Połczyńska, Ursus Niedźwiadek, Metro Kondratowicza, Anin, Wawer, Żerań, Jeziorki, Metro Marymont, Metro Stokłosy, Metro Ursynów and Metro Wilanowska. The P+R service line is 22 540 18 16 and 22 540 18 17.
